1. Who sells?
MultiOrbit, represented by Mr Ariel Barr (see the legal notice). Contact: hello@multiorb.it.
2. The service
Bref sends a daily news recap as a PDF on Telegram, based on the keywords, language and time you choose. Articles come from third-party sources; some summaries and translations are generated by artificial intelligence. Bref is an information tool, not advice.
3. Prices
Per month: up to 2 keywords, €4; 5, €8; 10, €10; 15, €12; 20, €14. Prices in euros. Any price change applies to the next period, with prior notice.
4. Free trial
New users get a 7-day free trial, subject to daily availability. During the trial, 3 articles per keyword are readable and the rest are blurred. You can unlock a single day's recap for €4 (one-time payment), or subscribe to get everything.
5. Subscription and payment
You subscribe in the bot; payment is handled by Stripe. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. If a payment fails, the service may be suspended until it is settled.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the bot, with the /subscription command. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refund of the current month.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. Because Bref provides digital content from the moment you subscribe, you ask for immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (art. L221-28 French Consumer Code). If you withdraw before then, you only pay for what has been provided.
8. Availability and liability
MultiOrbit uses reasonable efforts to send the recap every day, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability: the service depends on third parties (Telegram, news providers, hosting). It does not guarantee that articles are complete or accurate and is not liable for decisions made on that basis. Except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, its liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months.
9. Use and intellectual property
The recap is for your personal or internal use; resale or public distribution is prohibited. Articles remain the property of their publishers.
10. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
11. Complaints
Any problem? Write to hello@multiorb.it and we will get back to you quickly. If we cannot settle it, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
12. Governing law
French law. Failing an amicable settlement, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules that apply to consumers.
